Thank you for driving over to Jefferson on a blustery evening to spin yarns and tell us about "The Book of Marie."
This definitely a story that matters. I grew up in the South as well, wondered about the fabric of black/white relations and the sweep of change, so yes, I see already from reading the first chapter that I will discover more about the things I saw as a child.
